Tinnakill House bred State of Rest wins the Cox Plate
Syndicates.Racing are heading to down under
We’re delighted to announce our Australian colt syndicate in partnership with Mark Player, Rob Roulston and the PR Funds.
It’s our goal to expand what is possible for our owners in racing and this international collaboration is hugely exciting to give us a superb opportunity to invest and participate at the top end of Australian racing while retaining an affordable price point we’re famous for providing. We have bought 2.5% share in the PR Funds Colt Syndicate to syndicate in just 10 shares amongst our owners. We are the only European syndicate ever to buy into an Australia fund to give our owners this globe trotting experience. The experience of our family farm, Tinnakill House, breeding the winner of Australia’s best race, the Cox Plate, has fulled our ambition to expand our Australian interests to enjoy some of the world’s best racing.
We couldn’t have found better partners than Mark and Rob for our Australian venture. Mark’s most recent success story is Ole Kirk, a dual G1 winner and Champion 3YO colt in Australia. The son of Written Tycoon (just like one of our colts) was purchased for $675,000 and syndicated at a valuation of over 50 times his purchase price. While Rob has been involved in the careers of stallions including Zoustar, Zousain, Written By, and Bellevue Hill.
The goal will be for these colts to ultimately secure a place at a leading stud farm but no matter what we’re hugely excited by the fun ahead down under and who knows maybe a journey to see us at Royal Ascot one day.
A 10% share in our Australian colt syndicate will cost €5,000, a unique affordable chance to dine at the top table of Australian racing. The upkeep of the horses may require a further €1,000 for the 2023 season. Syndicates.Racing will charge all expenses at cost from the PR Funds. We will only charge €500 annually for administrative expenses for each share and 10% of proceeds at sale to cover management of the syndicate from Europe.
With only 10 spots up for grabs. we expect this syndicate to go exceptionally quickly so please click here to secure yours.

CHANTELINE was a speed machine winning at 1000-1200m at Keeneland and Saratoga, premier tracks in the US. SNITZEL has crossed particularly well with US mares and has numerous Stakes winners including G1 winners from this type of cross.

This attractive athletic colt is a half brother to Everest winner YES YES YES. By leading sire ZOUSTAR this is a pedigree that has great depth to it.
We thought he was one of the colts of the sale and we did not believe that we would be able to secure him for anything less than $1M. He is a loose moving colt with a great attitude. This colt has returned to Noorilim Park for a spell after completing his breaking-in with Rob Palm. Rob described him as “a natural athletic who is keen to learn and who is just a natural. He has a lovely stride and a great attitude”. Breeder Brett Bradley stayed in for 15% of this colt so the exposure to the fund is $680,000.

At the sales he displayed a lovely relaxed attitude and was professional in all that he does. He is currently having a spell at Noorilim and will head to Rob Palm next month. CAPITALIST is proving to be one of the most popular sires in Australia this colt was the pick of the sale for us.
This colt has been allocated to Ben and JD Hayes. As sons of David and grandsons of Colin Hayes, a new era emerged with the third generation of Hayes family sons taking up the training reins. Inglis Premier Sale Melbourne. Lot 319.
Capitalist x Wind On Tide – Ciaran Maher and David Eustace
Purchase Price – $260,000.
This athletic colt was one of the very best physicals at the sale. He has great presence about him and is very athletic.
He has a great top line and deep girth, good shoulder and strong quarters. We did not expect to be able to buy him as we valued him at around the $500K level so were delighted to get him at the price. Interestingly 40% of the Stakes winners for CAPITALIST are bred on the Capitalist x Snitzel cross that is the feature of this colt’s pedigree. The colt is currently enjoying a spell before heading to the breakers next month.
This colt has been allocated to Ciaran Maher and David Eustace. For his relatively short time in training, Ciaron has proven himself to be the most exciting young trainer in Australia who has continued to go from strength to strength each season over the last ten years, building a strong stable at his Caulfiled base in Melbourne. At the beginning of the 2018/19 season Ciaron announced that his assistant trainer, David Eustace, would join him in the training partnership at Ciaron Maher Racing which has resulted in the stable thriving even further throughout Australia and beyond.
